Job Description Summary

We are seeking an experienced senior manager with deep knowledge of the aerospace industry, excellent analytical and project management skills, and proven experience in strategy, marketing, and business development to fill the role of Head of Marketing.

This role involves leading the marketing team and acting as a key contributor to align market requirements and evolutions with Avio Aero's strategy. You will analyze technological and industrial developments and contribute to creating Avio Aero's value proposition. Responsibilities include assessing market competitiveness, supporting sales campaigns, and participating in strategic planning. The role reports to the Head of Strategy, Marketing, and Business Development.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance marketing operations, including planning, processes, infrastructure, research, analysis, performance management, and budgeting to improve global commercial execution. Manage multiple channels and integrate various marketing disciplines to maximize ROI, ensuring efficient and accountable marketing practices.
• Develop commercial expertise across specific countries, product lines, markets, or customer groups. Influence policies and ensure effective delivery across diverse sales territories.
• Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services, utilizing industry trend insights for decision-making.
• Lead teams or projects with moderate complexity, communicate complex messages internally, negotiate effectively, and influence peers and external partners.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Deep knowledge of the aerospace industry, with experience in aerospace engines considered a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar senior role.
• Technical understanding of product trends and development to support value proposition creation.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international environments.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Work visa in accordance with local regulations is required.
