What impact will you make?

We are seeking a senior professional to join Deloitte Consulting's Supply Chain & Network Operations team in Rome, Treviso, Torino, Milan, Bologna, working in a hybrid mode. Our Supply Chain & Network Operations business supports clients in identifying solutions and models aimed at improving productivity, efficiency, and service quality, leveraging new technologies. You will assist the CEO and top management in enhancing profitability and achieving operational excellence.

Your Role

The experienced resource will be part of a team and will be responsible for:

• Supporting the team in understanding client needs and defining suitable methodologies and approaches.
• Identifying, selecting, and customizing tools for data collection and analysis to support client objectives.
• Producing solid analyses with factual data independently, using available tools and resources, and possibly coordinating junior staff.
• Communicating ideas and proposals clearly, concisely, and effectively, adapting the communication style to the audience (e.g., C-level executives, IT providers, project team members).

Winning Requirements

• Master's degree in STEM fields
• 2-5 years of experience in consulting firms or software vendors/system integrators working with Maximo systems
• Experience in implementing PLM systems
• Experience in re-engineering new product development processes (e.g., product innovation/marketing, requirements management, BOM, testing and validation, co-design with suppliers, prototyping, cost engineering, and industrialization)
• Preferred sectors: aerospace and defense, automotive, industrial equipment
• Proficiency in English
