Job Opportunity: Payroll Specialist

Location: Padova, Italy

Our client, a company operating in the Tech sector and specialized in automating personnel management processes, is seeking a Payroll Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Complete payroll management for a portfolio of clients: processing payslips, compliance with authorities, and mandatory communications;
• Direct assistance to assigned companies;
• Collaboration with the product team for continuous improvement of the HR software;
• At least 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing (end-to-end payroll cycle);
• Experience in independently managing clients;
• Good knowledge of the CCNL Commercio and Metalmeccanico collective labor agreements;
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively;
• Interest in innovation within HR processes and a proactive attitude towards change;

Offer:

• Gross annual salary (RAL) between €24,000 and €27,000, to be evaluated based on experience;
