The Field Marketing Manager (FMM) is responsible for building the local face of Red Bull in their assigned region, aligning with global and national strategies. The role involves creating strong local networks, including opinion leaders and influencers both online and offline, and implementing marketing initiatives across four key pillars: Consumer Collecting, Sports, Culture, and Communications. The FMM leverages On Premise, Off Premise, and New Business opportunities, focusing on local needs to drive business growth. This position requires frequent field presence, making it a dynamic and active role rather than an office-based job.

Responsibilities
  • Understand and capitalize on the latest generational and consumer trends through engagement with local networks and scenes.
  • Innovate and execute marketing ideas that bring the brand to life, utilizing local networks and opinion leaders.
  • Ensure digital and social media are central to all activities, supporting cross-marketing initiatives.
  • Lead, train, and manage Field Marketing Specialists and Student Brand Managers, setting clear objectives and conducting performance evaluations.
