Ideal candidates will have experience in luxury customer service and excellent English communication skills. This is a full-time position with a fixed-term contract.

Company: Adecco Fashion & Design, in partnership with a prestigious client company operating in the high jewelry sector, luxury segment, is looking for:

Hostess/Steward di Boutique

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

1. Welcoming and entertaining customers to ensure an optimal shopping experience;
2. Providing operational support to sales staff;
3. Handling Back Office activities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer reception, even brief, in luxury contexts;
• Excellent command of the English language;
• Good communication skills;
• Availability to work shifts and on weekends.

Offer:

• Full-time fixed-term contract for 6 months with the possibility of extension;
• Location: Milan;
• Level: IV level CCNL Commerce;
• Expected start date: 21/07/2025;
