Job Opportunity at Lavorint SpA - Customer Service for Protected Categories

Lavorint SpA - Gruppo Attal, a leading Italian agency specializing in recruitment, training, and management of human resources, is seeking motivated candidates to join the Customer Service team of a prestigious online platform for user intermediation. This is a full-remote position, accessible from any area within the national territory. The role is exclusively for candidates registered with protected categories lists, emphasizing diversity and inclusion. A training program will be provided to support professional growth, with the goal of expanding the internal team. Applications are open to all residents across Italy.

Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls professionally and empathetically to activate utilities such as electricity, gas, landline/mobile, insurance, mortgages, and loans.
  • Understand customer needs and describe services clearly.
  • Address customer objections or concerns professionally.
  • Close sales negotiations effectively.
  • Provide assistance and support to users of the online platform.
  • Resolve user issues to ensure a positive experience.
  • Accurately update and manage customer records in the system.
  • Follow company guidelines and scripts to ensure service quality and consistency.
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum previous experience in outbound/inbound customer service roles.
  • Active registration with the targeted employment lists for protected categories.
  • Basic knowledge of IT tools.
  • Motivation to learn and results-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
  • Customer focus and problem-solving abilities.
  • Efficient time management skills.

Preferred: Possession of a desktop or laptop PC configured for smart working.

Contract Details

Fixed-term contract of at least 12 months with the possibility of permanent employment, under the Telecomunicazioni CCNL, 2nd level (€1490 gross).

Working Hours

Full-time, 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday, with shifts between 08:00-20:00, and Saturday mornings 08:00-13:00.
