Job Description:

Within the Sales team, our Strikers are responsible for customer relationships and negotiation with Retail accounts in specific geographical areas. They must achieve all elements of the Red Bull Perfect Store, including availability, visibility, and additional placements to maximize sales of Red Bull products.

Responsibilities:
  • Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimal frequencies in a cost-effective manner.
  • Management and development of the designated area.
  • Maintain and grow Perfect Store standards focusing on availability, visibility, placements, and messaging.
  • Build quality relationships with store stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Influence decision-makers by presenting compelling insights and commercial proposals.
  • Influence store orders to ensure Red Bull range availability.
  • Ensure proper stock levels for range availability and visibility.
  • Secure and improve in-store presence of Red Bull, including placement of POS materials.
  • Ensure promotions are in place and running from the start.
  • Track and audit key in-store metrics using digital tools.
  • Complete administrative tasks accurately and timely.
  • Maintain a growth mindset and proactive approach.
  • Manage and cultivate good relationships.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and negotiation skills, primarily managing ethnic points of sale, requiring English proficiency.
  • Work autonomously in a field-based environment.
  • Experience in FMCG is a plus.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel 70-80%.
