A PR & Marketing Executive plays an important role in assisting the Line Manager in achieving key objectives aligned with the annual marketing and PR plan, current initiatives, and relevant activities. The marketing and PR team is integral in coordinating all functions to meet commercial targets. The role involves managing individual projects related to marketing, media relations, internal communications, and performing administrative duties.
What will I be doing?
As PR & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the results of the marketing plan and activities used by the hotel to increase brand awareness, communicate promotions, and address business needs. Your tasks will include:
- Coordinating and assisting with marketing and PR strategies, monitoring campaign performance, and reporting.
- Supporting development and implementation of promotional activities, collateral, and maintaining media libraries.
- Promoting hotel marketing activities to media across various channels.
- Supporting internal communications, including press releases, newsletters, and speeches.
- Supporting marketing and PR activities such as events, sponsorships, and exhibitions.
- Managing media relations, social media, press kits, and media visits.
- Organizing media trips and hotel filming activities.
- Monitoring social media activity and ensuring brand standards are met.
- Supporting loyalty marketing activities and managing content for online channels.
- Responding to customer postings and handling complaints appropriately.
Managing Execution
- Executing content management across channels.
- Developing reports on activities and results.
- Growing and maintaining hotel databases for targeted campaigns.
- Monitoring local news impacting hotel reputation.
- Assisting in marketing and PR initiatives and content review.
- Conducting competitive analysis and archiving media content.
- Supporting crisis communication and achieving performance goals.
Developing Talent
