Company: Leading Technology Company

Start Date: 5th June 2025

Contract Type: CDD 6 months (with possibility of renewal)

Work Model: Fully Remote (Relocation support available within Portugal)

Work Schedule

Shifts: Monday to Saturday, including bank holidays, between 08:00 and 19:00 (rotational shifts)

Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotational day off per week

Salary & Compensation

Base Salary: 1,024 EUR over 14 months

Performance Bonus: 225 EUR per year

Position Bonus (Braga only): 20 EUR per year

Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR per working day

Transport Allowance: 20 EUR per month

Health Insurance: Coverage from Day 1 (monthly contribution required), free after 6 months

Relocation Support: Provided for eligible candidates relocating within Portugal

Your Role

As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers. You'll handle inquiries, manage reservations, resolve technical issues, and ensure every interaction aligns with the company's high standards of service and professionalism.
