Job Description:

We collaborate with over 350 brands across luxury, lifestyle, fashion, automotive, insurance, banking, and media sectors.

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Ambassador fluent in French and English, with a passion for customer care, fashion, and international luxury brands. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, and enthusiasm for luxury brands.

Languages:

French (C1/C2), English (C1/C2)

Responsibilities:
  • Customer relations via phone, chat, and email with Italian and international customers
  • E-commerce and after-sales support: assisting customers with online purchases
Contract:

Full-time, 8 hours/day (40 hours/week), shifts, 5 days a week

Qualifications:
  • Degree and/or experience in e-commerce, customer care, fashion, and luxury
  • Proficiency in IT tools, especially Microsoft Office
  • Ongoing training in luxury brands
  • Continuous language practice and professional growth in luxury
  • Collaborative, supportive environment with innovative spaces
