Job Description

1. Manage performance of energy storage operation and maintenance projects, including KPIs and key tasks.
2. Control costs and budgets for energy storage operation and maintenance projects.
3. Improve internal control and service quality of energy storage operation and maintenance projects.
4. Develop digital systems and processes for energy storage operation and maintenance projects.
5. Manage key projects related to energy storage service delivery.
6. Build and foster cross-cultural teams.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's or master's degree or above in science and technology; majors in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation are preferred.
2. Strong decision-making skills, capable of making accurate judgments quickly and responding effectively in complex or urgent situations.
3. Excellent leadership skills to motivate, guide, and manage a professional operation and maintenance team.
4. Over 10 years of experience in operation and maintenance, with a basic understanding of the new energy market.
5. Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
6. Ability to clarify team goals, assign tasks appropriately, and promote team collaboration.
7. Sales experience in the power battery or electrical appliance industry, or experience in new energy sales, is preferred.
8. Willing to travel abroad; overseas experience is advantageous.
