Bookmap Social Media Marketing Specialist Job Description

Bookmap is a cutting-edge data visualisation and trading software platform for stocks, futures, and cryptocurrency traders. We are seeking a social media marketing specialist with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, identifying audiences, collaborating with a marketing team, and implementing organic social media campaigns that generate demand for software products. Experience in the financial services or trading sector is a plus.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products, customers, market/industry trends, and competition.
  • Create and maintain a strong online presence for our growing company.
  • Implement a 360-degree online organic social media marketing strategy across all accounts and web properties, including:
  • Building and executing a comprehensive media strategy through research, platform selection, benchmarking, messaging, and audience targeting.
  • Generating, editing, publishing, and sharing daily content (text, images, videos, HTML) that engages traders and manages our community.
  • Crafting compelling, brand-aligned copy for social media posts that resonate and drive engagement.
  • Optimizing company pages to enhance visibility of social content.
  • Managing user-generated content according to moderation policies, engaging with users, answering questions, and providing value-added experiences.
  • Creating and managing editorial calendars and content schedules.
  • Analyzing social media metrics and insights, creating weekly reports, and acting on data to grow our community and improve engagement.
  • Collaborating with other departments to manage reputation, identify key influencers, and coordinate live events and campaigns.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media management or related fields.
  • Proficiency in platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
  • Knowledge of scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Metricool.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and creativity.
  • Bonus: Experience in finance, tech, e-commerce, or content creation for digital brands.
