What you will do:
  1. Provide exceptional customer support via emails, calls, and chats
  2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to customers
  3. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries
  4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution
  5. Document customer interactions
  6. Improve customer support processes and procedures
  7. Maintain high level of product knowledge
  8. Stay up to date with the product updates and changes
What you need to succeed in this role:
  1. Excellent Italian and English (both spoken and written) is a must
  2. At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support in a fast-paced environment
  3. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  4. Attention to detail
  5. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical support
  6. Personal laptop or computer (at least 8GB of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
