Role Overview:

As a Project Contract Manager, you will join the Contract Management department within the Asset Based Services line, responsible for:

Main Activities:

1. Overseeing and managing contract processes post-award through project completion, including claims and back charges, following Saipem practices.
2. Developing contracting strategies, negotiating, administering, and closing various contract types within delegated authority.
3. Providing technical and analytical support in Contract Management to project teams, controls, construction management, and senior leadership.
4. Reporting on project health to project, department, and senior leadership.

Basic Job Requirements:

• Experience in contract management, administration, and supply chain support for large EPC projects.
• Understanding of the construction industry and EPC contract language.
• Knowledge in change management, claims preparation, evaluation, and negotiation.

Qualifications:

• Degree or equivalent in Business, Construction Management, or Law.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, self-motivated, and capable of mentoring and coaching team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in offshore contracts, marine construction, or offshore structures fabrication.
• Advanced degrees such as MBA, Master in Industrial Engineering, or Law.
• Knowledge of pre-award processes and contract package formation.
• Experience managing contract management teams.

Location:

Fano, Italy. Willingness to relocate to project sites as needed.
