Job Description:

Synergie Italia, a growing company specializing in high induction systems for air diffusion, is seeking an Operaio Metalmeccanico.

The successful candidate will work in the production department managing an automated metal line, with an average processing time of 6-7 minutes per piece. Responsibilities include loading machines, setting parameters, and making small adjustments to programs on punching, bending, and rolling machines.

The role also involves supporting the laser cutting department by loading the machine, monitoring parameters, unloading finished material, and assisting in quality control.

Additional tasks include placing finished products on pallets and managing the final packaging phase.

Requirements:

• Previous experience, even brief, in metalworking production.
• Basic knowledge of reading mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM programs, especially XF interface, is a plus.
• Strong teamwork attitude, precision, organization, and time management skills.

Additional Information:

We offer a permanent contract under the Metalmeccanica Piccola Industria CCNL, with salary and level to be defined during the interview based on experience.

Full-time work from Monday to Friday, 8:00-12:30 and 13:30-17:00, with flexibility.

Work location: Sommacampagna (VR).
