To achieve this, we are looking for the 'Best People' and fitness professionals who, thanks to their training and background, can join the technical teams of Virgin Active Clubs and support our 200,000 members in their training experience.

We seek energetic and passionate individuals to join our teams and be part of a new project! This is a unique professional development opportunity organized by Virgin Active Academy, featuring a structured program with training and on-the-job learning at the Club. You will work alongside club managers and learn about the management dynamics of a fitness club, focusing on training, commercial areas, and customer experience.

Focus On:

• Joining the team and participating in a comprehensive training program with on-the-job experience, working directly in the field alongside our staff.
• Collaborating with the technical team to manage and implement fitness room activities and support the management of fitness and musical classes.
• Providing reception and customer assistance to ensure an excellent experience and promote a wellness-oriented environment.
• Supporting the promotion and sale of Virgin Active's exclusive services, such as memberships and merchandise.
• Assisting in managing reservations via the Virgin Active app.

Requirements:

• Degree in Sports Sciences (bachelor's/master's) and/or nationally recognized fitness certifications.
• Excellent communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
• Motivation and desire to grow professionally in a dynamic and stimulating environment.
