Synergie Italia Spa, an employment agency, Milan Restelli branch, is seeking for a client company leader in outsourcing services, specifically for an assignment in the automotive sector:

Position

Customer Care Agents with French - Part Time

The selected candidates will provide assistance via email, chat, and phone, managing information and complaints from customers who are short-term car rental contractholders.

Interfacing with foreign clients requires good knowledge of English and French languages.

Requirements

• Proficiency in French at C1/C2 level
• Knowledge of English at B2/C1 level (preferred)
• Previous experience in the role (preferred)
• Good familiarity with PC and IT tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Additional Information

We offer:

• Initial fixed-term temporary contract
• Part-time 20 hours/week, shifts Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 19:00, with Saturday availability
• Telecommunications level 3 CCNL
• Work location: Vimodrone, Milan, near Cologno Sud M2 metro station
