The resource, reporting to the Hotel Manager, is responsible for:
- Daily/weekly planning and appointment organisation
- Guest management: from reception and control, from appointment to dismissal
- Operational monitoring of therapist(s), sharing of daily objectives
- Guest retention, monitoring therapies/programmes and new sales opportunities
- Product preparation and responsibility for stocking consumables and professional booths - reordering and procurement
- Shared responsibility for The Botanic Spa department and employees
- Annual planning, management control and performance to support the General Manager
Qualifications:
- Specific qualification in the field of aesthetics
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English language, knowledge of a third language appreciated
- At least three years' experience in the role in excellent hotel contexts with high standards of service
- Utmost seriousness, professionalism, discretion and availability
- Guest-oriented, excellent communication skills
- Leadership and staff management skills
