Job Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support for the sales team.
- Assist customers in fault analysis and troubleshooting via telephone or email.
- Analyze related data, improve data accuracy, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with other departments and report product issues promptly.
- Travel to provide on-site support and training to distributors and installers.
- Attend industry conferences and events.
- Perform other duties assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
- Background in science; major in electricity & electrical engineering is preferred.
- At least three years of relevant work experience; experience in the renewable energy industry is preferred.
- Serious attitude, sense of responsibility, and strong resilience under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and good customer service awareness.
