Role Overview: We seek a Community & Event Management Part-Timer to activate local ecosystems and connect with changemakers, fostering collaborations and engagement. You will be a key connector between our platform and your city’s innovators.

Responsibilities:

• Activate and grow communities aligned with sustainability and innovation
• Organize online and in-person events to energize and connect
• Build relationships with speakers, thought leaders, and local innovators
• Create content to share our mission and foster engagement

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Onboarding into Hubbers' community and event strategies
• Planning, promoting, and executing community events
• Collaborating with speakers, sponsors, and partners
• Facilitating conversations for collaboration
• Producing content to showcase community voices
• Reporting impact and insights
• Listening to local feedback and acting accordingly

*Training may be provided to prepare you for this role.

Who You Are:

• A natural connector passionate about people and purpose
• Experienced or motivated in community building, event organization, or content creation
• Deeply cares about sustainability and collaboration
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Organized and resourceful, familiar with Zoom, Canva, Slack, social media
• Curious, adaptable, eager to learn
• Proactive in turning ideas into action
