Job Description:

About the Role

As the NRM Analytics Manager, you will play a crucial role in upscaling analytics in Consumer Goods across diverse markets in Europe. Your main responsibility will be to drive the NRM analytics roadmap for Consumer Goods EMEA, transforming tools, processes, and insights to support our data-driven NRM transformation agenda.

You will report to the Net Revenue Management Lead for Consumer Goods EMEA and collaborate closely with Regional Net Revenue Managers, Business Development Managers, external agencies, and Regional Customer Marketing Directors to advance our NRM analytics initiatives.

This role requires confidence in developing analytical solutions using common software, a strong understanding of data and business challenges, and a commitment to completing complex tasks successfully.

What You Will Do:

  1. Own the NRM analytics roadmap; prioritize opportunities, plan resources, deliver timelines, and track progress.
  2. Develop new analytical solutions independently and collaboratively.
  3. Integrate new solutions into Essity’s operational practices with the NRM Excellence Manager.
  4. Partner with regional teams to ensure adoption of analytical solutions through training, pilots, support, and troubleshooting.
  5. Define key performance reports for management and stakeholders; implement and maintain these reports.
  6. Translate data into actionable insights through projects, reporting, and planning cycles.
  7. Stay updated on best practices in data and analytics; incorporate external expertise and advocate for new investments.
  8. Participate actively in Essity’s NRM community.

Who You Are:

  1. Extensive experience in FMCG, especially in analytical, financial, or commercial roles.
  2. Experience with Revenue Growth Management (RGM)/Net Revenue Management (NRM) or related fields is beneficial.
  3. Exceptional Excel skills; experience with Power BI and Tableau is advantageous. SQL or Python skills are not expected.
  4. Proven ability to build analytical solutions, such as landscape assessments and financial models.
  5. Good understanding of NRM concepts like Brand Portfolio Pricing, PPA, Mix Management, and Promotion Strategy.
  6. Confident in applying NRM principles like elasticity, ROI, and profit pools.
  7. Ability to synthesize large, complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
  8. Experience working with insight agencies and econometric or AI modeling techniques.
  9. Strong organizational skills and stakeholder management experience.
  10. Motivated to pioneer new solutions and drive organizational change.
  11. Excellent interpersonal and listening skills; collaborative mindset.
  12. Fluent in English and willing to travel.
