Job Description: Technical Sales Engineer, Central & Western Europe, Frosinone

Midea Group, a Fortune 500 company and the world’s No.1 air treatment brand by production volume, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Industrial Technologies Europe team. This role is remote, with an option to work from our Pordenone, Italy office.

Responsibilities:
  1. Stay current with product launches and transitions, maintaining up-to-date sales engagement programs including product and service support.
  2. Develop new business opportunities with major Light Commercial Refrigerator and Freezer Agents, OBMs, and OEMs, establishing strong customer relationships.
  3. Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, operations, product management, and quality teams within customer organizations.
  4. Provide product information through presentations, covering new products, project schedules, quality performance, and technical training.
  5. Document market and customer insights and communicate findings to the organization.
  6. Support marketing efforts by evaluating market trends, monitoring regulatory activities, and gathering customer feedback.
  7. Assist team members in achieving KPIs and participate in promotional activities and trade shows.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  2. 5-10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or R&D.
  3. Familiarity with Light Commercial reciprocating compressor products and applications.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English and at least one European language.
  5. Motivated, self-sufficient, and capable of managing multiple projects.
  6. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including weekends.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Experience with major Light Commercial Agents, OBMs, and OEMs is advantageous.
  9. Knowledge of Chinese language is a plus but not required.
