Job Opening: Project Management Office Consultant

Role and Responsibilities

1. Planning project schedules and timelines.
2. Analyzing critical paths and monitoring project progress concerning time and costs.
3. Data collection and weekly/monthly reporting using PowerPoint and Excel.
4. Conducting meetings with departments and project teams.
5. Facilitating and coordinating meetings.
6. Interfacing with suppliers and external stakeholders.
7. Presenting final project results.

Candidate Requirements

• Master's degree preferably in Civil Engineering, Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Energy Engineering.
• 2-4 years of project management experience, especially in planning (scheduling & cost control), preferably in Oil & Gas or Renewable Energies sectors.
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera P6.
• Autonomy and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented and goal-driven attitude.
• Curious and versatile personality.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with technical and managerial profiles.
• Fluent Italian (C2) and English (C1); knowledge of French or other languages is a plus.

Based in Milan, working with a global key player in Oil & Gas construction of plants and infrastructure.
