We are looking for a highly motivated QA specialist with experience in software testing and test automation.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Serve as QA specialist for multiple products in the BFSI (Banking Financial Services and Insurance) team, reporting to the QA Lead.
2. Ensure products meet quality standards prior to release into production.
3. Analyze product documentation to develop comprehensive test cases covering all functional and non-functional requirements.
4. Collaborate with DevOps, Software Development, and SRE teams to develop and execute QA strategies that align with departmental and corporate quality goals.
5. Ensure coverage of component, integration, and end-to-end testing levels for systems under test.
6. Manage bugs effectively and report on test execution.

Technical Requirements :

1. Proven experience in frontend and backend testing for complex projects, including API and automation testing.
2. Experience with test automation approaches.
3. Knowledge of Java, TestNG, RestAssured, Maven, SoapUI, JMeter, Postman is highly desirable.
4. Experience working with at least one SQL database; NoSQL experience is a plus.
5. Familiarity with version control systems like Git, and CI tools like Jenkins (a plus).
6. Experience with RabbitMQ, cloud, and microservices architecture (a plus).
7. Knowledge of code quality tools like SonarQube and project management tools like Jira (a plus).
8. Demonstrated ability to define QA strategies, approaches, and reporting.
9. Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
10. Excellent organizational, planning, leadership, and interpersonal skills, including strong communication abilities.
11. Understanding of application security aspects.
12. Language skills: English B2+ and Italian C1+.
