Your Tasks

• As a project manager, you place the topic of renewal of insurance core systems on the market.
• You support our customers in the digital transformation of their core business by introducing new core systems or switching to an industry platform.
• You define future-proof, functional and technical architectures with a focus on core insurance applications.
• As a management consultant, you advise our clients on their core platform strategy and are responsible for building and expanding your team and client base.
• You analyze the business requirements for insurance core processes and define the solution design based on the target platform.
• You analyze business requirements and develop the solution design yourself, including coordination with the respective business and IT departments.

Your Profile

• You have several years of professional experience in management consulting or in an insurance company.
• You possess project management skills (preferably agile) as well as skills in organizing and moderating workshops.
• You are willing to travel within Europe.
• You are business-fluent in English.
• You have an open mindset.
