Position: Risk Governance Consultant

We are seeking a Risk Governance Consultant with at least 5 years of experience to support, remotely, strategic activities related to the review and definition of the company's risk management framework. The environment is highly technical and multidisciplinary, focusing on trust services, data centers, and critical facilities.

Your Role

1. Join a team dedicated to reviewing and enhancing the risk governance model, contributing to the development of reliable and applicable solutions for highly critical processes.
2. Assist management in creating the GAP Report on the current model.
3. Work on revising the Risk Model and the existing risk matrix.
4. Contribute to implementing robust controls for second-level oversight.
5. Participate in defining the company's risk appetite aligned with the business model.

Your Responsibilities

1. Develop analyses, reports, and operational tools to strengthen risk governance in a high strategic impact context.
2. Evaluate the current risk analysis model and propose improvements.
3. Map and update the risk matrix.
4. Define and weight second-level controls.
5. Align risk appetite with strategic business drivers.

Requirements

1. Structured professional with proven experience and autonomous proposal skills.
2. At least 5 years of experience in risk management or risk governance.
3. Background in structured environments, preferably related to trust services, data centers, or critical infrastructure.
4. Ability to analyze and propose sustainable and scalable solutions.
5. Excellent understanding of risk appetite, control, and managerial reporting concepts.
