Job Description:

The Visual Merchandising Design Department is looking for a Visual Merchandising Designer for a maternity cover. Reporting to the Visual Merchandising Design Manager, you will join a very creative and dynamic team based in the Gucci Hub in Milan and will oversee the Trade Marketing retail activities for the Gucci Beauty category.

Key Accountabilities

• Define, create the brand retail design & merchandising configuration for different distribution channels and follow-up on the implementation in line with the global brand objectives.
• Design and develop merchandising solutions (testers units, free access, POS materials), visual tools, and seasonal animations in line with the brand objectives.
• Collaborate with the Beauty Licensee to develop projects through continuous communication.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in Trade Marketing and Retail roles within Beauty, Eyewear, or Watch and Jewelry competitor brands.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Highly creative, with an interest in visual arts, graphic communication, and fashion.
• Team-oriented and goal-driven.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and AutoCAD; familiarity with rendering software (e.g., Rhinoceros, 3D Studio Max, Blender) is a plus.
• Excellent English skills.
