Antonio Marras arrived in fashion almost by chance in 1987. He debuted in Milan with his eponymous collection in 1999. From the beginning, he became known for his experimentation and ability to tell the stories of the different realities surrounding him, creating blends of art, music, dance, theater, and cinema, which are his passions.
He remains difficult to categorize as a pure designer and, by fostering dialogue between haute couture and RTW, Antonio Marras remains unique in his kind, applying his personal vision to all fields he explores.

He is deeply connected to his homeland, which he makes his strength and a source of continuous research and inspiration. Key elements of Marras's style include meticulous craftsmanship, research into innovative materials, and the reinterpretation of universal concepts. For our boutique in Forte dei Marmi (LU), we are seeking a sales assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients, promoting the brand's culture and conveying the spirit of Antonio Marras; being a sales assistant means being a Brand Ambassador for the brand;
• Achieve store sales goals by constantly monitoring KPIs and employing effective sales techniques (with particular attention to up selling and cross selling);
• Ensure the correct application of the Antonio Marras customer experience (sales ceremony) by providing excellent customer service (pre and post-sale);
• Gather and update customer information, including purchase history, to develop a relevant customer portfolio that helps understand their needs and buying attitudes;
• Contribute to creating a positive work environment and a team based on sharing know-how and best practices;
• Follow visual merchandising guidelines;
• Ensure proper stock replenishment and effective stock management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury sector;
• Great passion for fashion, knowledge of trends, and strong sensitivity to products;
• Excellent sales skills and goal orientation;
• Fluent knowledge of English; knowledge of Arabic is considered a plus;
• Additional qualities include flexibility, dynamism, teamwork, excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, and initiative.
