The Component Delivery Manager is responsible for supporting the Senior Component Delivery Manager throughout the project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, and execution, ensuring that scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety goals are met or exceeded according to the Company’s Project & Quality Procedures. He/She supports the Senior Component Delivery Manager in managing the project team and leads the team to meet monthly objectives set by the Senior Manager and Business Unit.

Responsibilities include:

1. Management of the Project Team, focusing on Safety, Quality, Costs, and On-Time Delivery.
2. Supporting the Senior Component Delivery Manager in leading the cross-functional project team to successfully complete projects. Executing strategies for profitable project execution, meeting targets, and monitoring team performance to achieve project goals, proposing improvements when necessary.
3. Control and management of project costs, risks, and opportunities. Supporting estimation before order acquisition and ensuring project completion within the budget.
4. Monitoring and expediting daily/monthly project progress to meet objectives, and managing contingencies based on assessed Risks & Opportunities.
5. Assessing scope changes in compliance with Company Project Procedures, ensuring recognition of cost and schedule impacts.
6. Developing and controlling the project schedule, managing critical path, float, and resource loads with the support of planners.

Who you are:

• Engineering Degree – optional MBA
• Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is a plus
