Job Opportunity: Responsabile Ufficio Tecnico e Sviluppo Prodotto

During SpA, authorized by the Ministry of Labour in Italy, with branches nationwide, is seeking a Responsabile Ufficio Tecnico e Sviluppo Prodotto for a company in the eyewear sector based in Belluno (BL). The initial contract is temporary via an agency, with the possibility of permanent employment.

The candidate will work in a dynamic environment, engaging with international clients and brands in the fashion and eyewear sectors.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Manage the complete development of samples from initial brief to pre-series;
2. Analyze customer requests (timelines, budget, quantities, feasibility);
3. Gather and integrate missing technical and aesthetic details;
4. Plan and initiate sample production (Italy or China);
5. Monitor progress and quality of prototypes;
6. Communicate with purchasing, production, and suppliers regarding materials and processes;
7. Prepare presentations, technical reports, track codes, and documentation;
8. Coordinate internally with organizational responsibilities over deadlines and workflows, without managing staff.

Working hours are full-time (8:00-13:00 / 14:00-17:00), Monday to Friday. The initial contract is through an agency, with the goal of direct hiring. The position falls under the CCNL Occhiali Industria.

Requirements:

• Experience, even brief, in product development, technical, or managerial roles;
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English;
• Good familiarity with Illustrator, Photoshop, and basic presentation tools;
• Technical or scientific education (degree or diploma).
