About the Role:

This position requires a deep understanding of technology, stakeholder management, and guiding cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle. You will collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership to define roadmaps, requirements, and product launches in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to post-launch analysis, managing backlogs and workflows.
2. Translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements; evaluate solutions based on feasibility, impact, and value.
3. Conduct market research and customer discovery to understand product value propositions.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and validate solutions.
5. Ensure timely delivery and quality standards; organize testing and feedback loops.
6. Minimum 5 years in product management, with at least 3 in a technical role.
7. Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
8. Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Asana.
9. Strong understanding of microservices, P2P systems, JavaScript.
10. Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities remotely.
11. Experience defining, tracking, and reporting KPIs; familiarity with A/B testing is a plus.
12. Experience with AI and P2P projects is advantageous.
13. Hands-on JavaScript development experience (Node.js, React, Angular) is a plus.
