Job Title: Network Analyst

Role Overview

The Network Analyst is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of network services across the region. Reporting to the ROC Infrastructure Team Lead, the Network Analyst supports the design, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks. This role ensures network reliability, optimizes performance, and resolves issues promptly to support business continuity.

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in network support or administration, with hands-on experience maintaining network infrastructure.
• Knowledge of networking concepts, protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.), and network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark, Cattools).
• Experience troubleshooting LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi issues.
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent certification preferred.
• Networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.

Skills and Competencies

• Deep understanding of network protocols, architecture, and devices; ability to troubleshoot and optimize network performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of network security best practices and ability to implement security measures.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, sharing knowledge and resolving issues collaboratively.
• Adaptability to new technologies and changing business needs in a dynamic environment.
