Une entreprise innovante recherche un Analyste Technique freelance pour un projet de 12 mois en télétravail. Le candidat idéal aura plus de 5 ans d'expérience en développement logiciel, avec une expertise en Java et en méthodologies Agile. Ce rôle implique l'analyse fonctionnelle, la définition de spécifications techniques et la collaboration avec des équipes de développement pour garantir la qualité des solutions livrées.

Competenze

• Expérience en conception de solutions backend et développement d'applications.
• Connaissance des architectures microservices et des services d'application REST & SOAP.

Highlights:

Key Responsibilities

• Interpretation of business rules and functional and non-functional requirements to define technical specifications based on an architectural design provided in terms of interaction among systems, data exchange, transformations following a specific design methodology.
• Participates and cooperates in shaping activities, participates in feasibility analyses for new or upgraded initiatives (Epic and User Story), assessing impacts for IT as well as supporting developers during development.
• Performs detailed, functional, and technical analysis/design.
• Provides test support and problem determination.
• Collaborates in defining new suppliers and contractual requirements.
• Breaks down requirements and technical solutions into appropriate sections (User Stories), examining costs, benefits, and risks of various options before selecting an approach; explains and justifies decisions logically and systematically.

Key Capabilities/Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software development projects, preferably in Agile methodology.
• Experience in designing backend solutions and developing applications with Java on/with J2EE platform, Spring, Spring Boot.
• Excellent knowledge of the existing IT architecture (for the relevant domain) and technical flows.

Minimum Qualifications

• Problem-solving skills to find creative ways of driving progress and removing impediments.
• Analytic skills for creating end-to-end solutions.
• A team player mindset, with a 'make it happen' mentality, eager to learn, and capable of coaching others.
• Good communication skills in English, with strong presentation skills (telling – selling) across different skill levels and seniority.
• Main areas of knowledge include:
• Microservices architecture and domain design model.
• Advanced experience in developing REST & SOAP application services.
• Understanding of the technology landscape (application level) of the relevant domain.
• DBMS and SQL (e.g., Oracle, PL/SQL).
• UML standards.
• Familiarity with Agile paradigm and Scrum methodology.
• Knowledge of retail banking business.
