We are one of the two Red Bull-owned Formula 1 Teams, and a group of passionate professionals always striving for excellence and continuous improvement in every aspect of our operations.

We are looking for a passionate HR Specialist to join our F1 Team in Faenza, Italy.

As an HR Specialist, you will play a key role in developing internal and external initiatives, including training programs and employer branding efforts.

You will engage in strategic activities such as personnel cost management, headcount, and budget oversight.

Additionally, you will support the Head of People Strategy and Operations in aligning HR functions with overall business goals and in the development and implementation of cross-functional projects to support various business functions.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage Internal Talent Acquisition Academies, ensuring seamless project planning, GANTT scheduling, and collaboration with internal teams (ITA & UK) and external suppliers;
  • Organize and attend promotional activities and events to support supplier and VCARB involvement;
  • Support in the identification, planning, and implementation of internal and external development projects;
  • Analyze training needs, identify and manage suppliers, and plan and organize training and development activities in accordance with company guidelines;
  • Support in analyzing and managing personnel costs, headcount, budgeting processes, and compensation plans, collaborating with the Head of People Strategy and Operations to ensure strategic alignment;
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition and HRBPs to monitor available headcount and provide updates on open and filled positions across departments;
  • Collaborate with schools and universities to develop and manage placement programs that align academic potential with industry needs;
  • Organize meetings with departments to assist in CV evaluation, design tailored training paths, and finalize agreements and training processes;
  • Oversee agreements, reimbursements, and other administrative details to ensure smooth partnerships;
  • Drive initiatives that enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice, showcasing values, culture, and growth opportunities;
  • Build impactful campaigns and projects to attract, engage, and retain top talent;
  • Work in a young, collaborative, and international environment;
  • Participate in tailored training, company events, briefings, and utilize onsite gym facilities;

Experience

Relevant knowledge and skills for this role include:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related field;
  • Fluency in both Italian and English;
  • Strong public speaking skills;
  • Proficiency in project management tools (GANTT charts, scheduling, coordination) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders;
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized with multitasking abilities;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team;
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities;
  • Willingness to travel 0-10%.
