Agap2, a rapidly expanding engineering consulting company, is seeking a Industrial Energy Consultant for a full remote position with travel opportunities across Italy. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in Energy Management and Renewable Energies.

Role Overview

You will provide technical and engineering consulting for energy efficiency projects in the industrial sector. Your responsibilities include analyzing and developing solutions to improve energy performance, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, supporting proposals and feasibility studies, and working directly with clients and partners on the design and sizing of innovative systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform energy audits in accordance with D.Lgs.102/2014 and prepare efficiency improvement proposals.
• Analyze energy data, monitor systems, and handle ISO 50001 certifications and TEE project management.
• Preliminary design of systems (photovoltaic, cogeneration), technical-economic analyses, and business planning.
• Conduct feasibility studies for decarbonization interventions and verify compliance with regulatory requirements (Elettrivori / Gasivori).

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in Energy or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in energy audits, feasibility studies, and energy management.
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Willingness to travel nationally and a strong interest in renewable energies.
