Job Title: Commerciale

Company Description

Synergie Italia, Bolzano branch, is recruiting for a client company involved in ferrous waste management.

Position

The selected candidate will be part of a team of three salespeople, managing an existing client portfolio and developing new clients.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the existing client portfolio;
2. Prepare offers and quotes, conduct commercial negotiations;
3. Research and develop new clients;
4. Conduct local territory visits for client meetings.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in waste disposal sector;
• Fluent in German and Italian;
• Good interpersonal skills and customer orientation;
• Willingness to travel within the territory;
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in an organized manner.

Additional Information

• Full-time work (40 hours/week): Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00;
• Company car provided;
• Travel allowance of 13 euros per travel day;
• Dynamic work environment focused on customer support.
