Descrizione del lavoro

The Digital Health Solution Executive works out of our offices in Milano or Rome within the Core Laboratory Division. The role involves promoting, presenting, and driving the sales of consulting services and IT engagements that enable healthcare providers to improve cost efficiencies, operational productivity, and patient care quality.

What You’ll Do
  1. Lead the development and presentation of proposals to sell and deliver client engagements designing and implementing business and technology solutions for medium to large healthcare providers.
  2. Support implementation, oversee the quality of deliverables, and manage the team and relationships to ensure exceptional performance. Act as a trusted advisor to the customer.
  3. Serve as SME for industry trends, market regulations, and healthcare policy within the customer segment.
  4. Build and maintain customer relationships to drive new sales and protect existing business.
  5. Develop a credible opportunity pipeline for new projects and value expansions by understanding customer needs.
  6. Negotiate contracts leading to long-term commitments, managing the process from quotation to contract.
  7. Integrate insights from ongoing business analysis into a multi-year strategic plan.
  8. Coordinate Abbott resources to execute the strategic account plan, including role assignment, expectations, responsibilities, and timelines.
  9. Ensure all activities comply with quality system requirements.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s in medical, life sciences, or medical technology.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years experience in selling digital health solutions.
  • Proven track record in Pre-Sales, Sales, and/or Business Development.
  • Experience in Hospital, E-Health, Outpatient Care, or Diagnostics sectors.
  • Expertise in IT technology within healthcare environments and understanding of how technology drives value.
  • Experience building business on current accounts and creating profitable new accounts.
  • Strong relationship-building and consulting skills.
  • Service-oriented, commercially-minded.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Proven success supported by management and customer references.
  • IT-Consulting and Diagnostics experience are preferred.
