The Role
Kyndryl Italy's Core Enterprise and zCloud Practice is seeking a leader to develop and drive our mainframe modernization initiatives. This role involves strategic leadership within the Country and Global teams, focusing on market presence, customer relationships, and practice growth. You will work closely with various teams and partners, including hyperscalers like AWS, Microsoft, and Google, to execute modernization projects and expand our services.

Who You Are
You are a customer-centric leader with experience in mainframe managed services, modernization, and consulting, preferably within Financial Services. You possess strong relationship-building skills with C-suite clients, a solid understanding of cloud and systems complexity, and financial acumen to lead P&L responsibilities. You are capable of building and leading expert teams to execute modernization methodologies at scale.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and develop the Core Enterprise and zCloud practice, including team building and methodology ownership.
2. Drive sales and growth by leveraging market presence and consulting expertise.
3. Manage key partner relationships with technology and service partners, including hyperscalers.
4. Execute modernization strategies, workshops, and roadmaps with clients.
5. Own the practice's financial performance and resource allocation.
