About the job:

This role requires a deep understanding of technology, stakeholder management, and guiding cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle. Collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership to define roadmaps, requirements, and launch new products. It’s an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to contribute to impactful launches in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Product development and Roadmap: Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch analysis. Define user stories, acceptance criteria, manage backlogs, and workflows for development teams.
2. Technical Expertise: Translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements. Evaluate solutions and prioritize features based on feasibility, impact, and value.
3. Market research: Conduct customer discovery to understand our product’s value proposition.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with developers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
5. Quality & Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of features meeting quality standards; organize testing and feedback processes.
6. Experience: 5+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a technical role.
7. Skills: Excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and experience in defining and tracking KPIs. Experience with A/B testing or similar methods is a plus.
8. Preferred Experience: Leading AI and P2P projects is advantageous.
