Job Description – Service Delivery Engineer

Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Service Delivery Engineer for our Italian team based in Cinisello Balsamo.

This role involves ensuring the successful delivery of our Group IT services and solutions to local business entities, maintaining seamless, compliant, and efficient operations in line with our standards.

  • Collaborate with vendors and support teams to provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot IT issues, minimizing business disruption.
  • Work with regional and global teams to implement and maintain IT infrastructure and solutions.
  • Lead and participate in IT projects, ensuring timely, within scope and budget completion.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, systems, and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure IT services comply with policies, standards, and regulations.
  • Act as a business advisor, guiding employees on Group IT solutions and aligning services with their needs.
Qualifications and Skills

Experience

  • Strong customer focus and business orientation
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills, adaptable to different audiences
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure services including network, server, cloud, and PC support
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence is a plus

Knowledge & Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
  • Fluency in local language, written and spoken
