Une entreprise leader dans le secteur de l'ingénierie électrique recherche un Electrical Project Leader pour son bureau d'Assago (Milano). Le candidat idéal supervisera la conception de systèmes électriques pour des projets d'énergie renouvelable et de haute tension, tout en travaillant au sein d'une équipe d'ingénierie dynamique. Ce rôle exige un diplôme en ingénierie électrique, une expérience pertinente et une capacité à gérer des projets complexes.

Competenze

• Diplôme en ingénierie électrique ou diplôme technique axé sur l'ingénierie électrique.
• Expérience antérieure dans un rôle similaire, de préférence dans des entreprises contractantes ou intégrateurs de systèmes.
• Proficience en anglais écrit et parlé souhaitée.

• Agir en tant que Tech Lead pour les projets assignés.
• Vérifier et valider la documentation émise par des collaborateurs internes ou externes.
• Identifier et proposer des solutions optimisées en termes de coûts.

We are hiring an Electrical Project Leader for our Assago (Milano) office.

The resource will be part of the internal engineering team and will supervise and coordinate the design of HV / MV / LV systems, with an EPC approach, for Power sectors (generation, transmission, and distribution), renewable energies, and industrial environments in Italy and abroad.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the Tech Lead for assigned projects.
• Own the project documentation, ensuring correct issuance according to the schedule.
• Check and validate documentation issued by internal or external collaborators across disciplines.
• Identify and propose cost-optimized solutions proactively.
• Support Proposal Engineers during bidding stages.
• Depending on project complexity, develop engineering documentation such as:
• Design criteria and calculations
• Purchasing specifications and technical instructions to bidders
• Layout and installation drawings
• Cable ways and earthing systems

Projects typically involve high voltage substations, energy storage, renewable plants, developed in Italy. The Project Leader reports hierarchically to the Engineering Director and functionally to the Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Electrical Engineering degree or technical school diploma focused on electrical engineering.
• Italian native speaker.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in contractor companies or system integrators.
• Knowledge of electrical calculation tools for networks and cable sizing.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Availability for short site missions, especially during commissioning.
• Self-starting attitude, flexibility, adaptability, and results-oriented approach.

Preferred:

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
