We intervene in cash management across Europe, Africa, Asia, the Americas, Overseas, and the Middle East.

Our teams' responsiveness and dynamism, their market trend and regulation knowledge, strong networks, and diverse product range enable us to optimize daily cash flow management, and commercial and financial transactions for our corporate clients.

As a Middle Office GTB Analyst, you will support the local Middle Office team with administrative activities. You will manage your tasks autonomously while working collaboratively within the team, always under the supervision of the Head of the Middle Office.

The role requires a strong client service orientation, process and regulatory knowledge, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing customer support by establishing a strong relationship with clients and acting as the central point of contact.
• Supporting the Middle Office in daily activities such as processing paper instructions, supervising flows, managing mandates and SEPA Direct Debit, and implementing Cash Management products and services.
• Coordinating with Back Offices in Paris and Warsaw.
• Collaborating with the support Middle Office in Warsaw.

Studies & Experience

• Master's degree from Business/Engineering School or University, with specialization in Economics or Finance.
• Previous experience in Trade Finance is preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office.

The VIE Program Highlights

This VIE in Italy is scheduled to start as soon as possible, with a recommended 3-month preparation period from application to start date. The assignment lasts 12 months.

If a visa is required, ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the end of the contract to avoid delays.
