Area of responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive business growth for the Home Category, while contributing to the overall TLP product portfolio
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between the product marketing team and global campaign teams
  • Define and implement marketing campaigns that align with product launches, seasonal trends, and emerging market opportunities
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging and positioning across all communication channels and customer touchpoints
  • Lead the creation of compelling product narratives that effectively communicate design, functionality, and consumer benefits
  • Oversee the production of marketing assets (product photography, fact sheets, sell-in decks, FAQs, video content, etc.), ensuring they meet brand guidelines and are of high quality
  • Manage and ensure all assets are up-to-date and accessible via the company’s digital asset management system
  • Collaborate with digital and e-commerce teams to optimize landing pages, product descriptions, and digital content to drive online visibility, engagement, and conversions
  • Partner closely with Trade Marketing to ensure impactful execution at retail and point-of-sale locations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for marketing-related inquiries from internal teams (Product Management, Sales, Digital, Trade Marketing, etc.)
  • Ensure global and local market alignment by maintaining clear communication and providing structured guidelines for campaign execution
  • Contribute to the Go-to-Market process and collaborate on global campaign rollouts, providing in-depth product expertise and insights
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to continuously refine and optimize marketing efforts
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, offering insights and actionable recommendations for optimization
  • Utilize digital analytics and consumer insights to enhance customer engagement, improve brand positioning, and accelerate sales growth

Profile of qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in product marketing ,and proven ability to execute global campaigns, leading marketing initiatives in a consumer-focused environment
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and omnichannel brand strategy
  • Proven experience in global marketing campaign execution and brand storytelling
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to manage both high-level strategic planning and detailed operational execution
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growing environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English; German knowledge is a plus
