Job Description:

Adecco Financial Services, a specialized branch in Credit & Banking, is recruiting for a client bank specializing in leasing. We are seeking a Back Office Commerciale Settore Leasing for a 3-month contract.

The selected candidate will be part of the 'Equipment & Logistics Solutions' Business Unit, specifically within the 'Sales Network' team, and will perform the following activities:

  1. Manage relationships with partners in the assigned portfolio independently and in coordination with external sales teams.
  2. Serve as a reference point and support for operational and commercial matters, assisting both external sales personnel and collaborators across various partner sales networks.
  3. Proactively develop partner potential, increasing their presence and customer satisfaction (sales network and end users).

We are looking for candidates with the following characteristics:

  • A degree, preferably in economic subjects.
  • Good knowledge of English and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Previous experience, even brief, in similar or commercial roles.

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Customer satisfaction orientation.
  • Result-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team working ability.

We offer a fixed-term temporary contract of 3 months, with potential for extension, based on current needs. The contract is under the Credit CCNL, category 3.1, with a gross annual salary of €34,000. Full-time (37 hours/week). The workplace is in Milan.
