Human Resources Coordinator, Monza-Brianza

Tensacciai Srl, part of the De Eccher Group, is seeking an HR Coordinator to join the Milan (MI) office.

Activities:

  1. Provide adequate support for all HR-related activities for the Group's specialized companies, including the USA and Australia regions;
  2. Coordinate all activities related to the employee lifecycle, ensuring proper administrative management and providing technical support when needed;
  3. Ensure the correct application of the performance evaluation system, in accordance with company guidelines;
  4. Identify high-potential employees, propose, implement, and monitor career plans;
  5. Assist in developing organizational structures, project mobilization and demobilization plans in coordination with relevant offices and management;
  6. Support the recruitment team in resource selection, identifying the best market strategies;
  7. Participate in Employer Branding initiatives alongside the recruitment team;
  8. Implement motivational surveys for all company personnel, expatriates and locals, in line with company policies;
  9. Monitor updates to reporting systems, including personnel databases, resource planning and budgeting, and organizational charts;
  10. Verify that personnel requests from relevant departments comply with internal guidelines and standards;
  11. Support the management of the Operational and Administrative Area on technical issues related to applicable regulations and adapt HR policies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Degree in economics or law; a master's in Human Resources is a plus;
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, especially in project-based environments managing transferrable and expatriate personnel;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Metalworking National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL);
  • Excellent command of English;
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally;
  • Strong organizational skills and stakeholder management abilities;
  • Proficiency in HR management software;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite;
  • Knowledge of Zucchetti ERP system is appreciated.
