Kemin Cavriago is looking for a QC Lab Technician

As a QC Lab Technician, you’ll play a central role in ensuring product excellence by assisting our QC group in a range of tasks, from sampling raw materials to conducting chemical analyses. Your responsibilities will also include operating equipment, completing Certificates of Analysis, and managing sample reception. You’ll collaborate closely with Operations and Customer Service.

Responsibilities

As a QC Lab Technician, your tasks will include:

1. Sampling raw materials, intermediate products, and finished products
2. Analyzing samples using prescribed procedures and equipment to ensure accuracy and quality specifications are met
3. Entering results into software and reviewing with a supervisor if necessary (non-conforming product)
4. Calibrating equipment and performing daily maintenance
5. Checking certificates of analysis of raw materials
6. Ensuring quality specifications are met for incoming raw materials and finished goods
7. Following all duties outlined in system procedures and internal quality regulations

Qualifications
