Officina Manager - Heavy Vehicles

We are seeking a Officina Responsabile for our heavy vehicle workshop in Padova. The workshop is located in the Industrial Zone of Padova, newly built, equipped with modern tools, machinery, and systems for state-of-the-art revisions. It operates solely on company-owned vehicles, not third-party vehicles.

The ideal candidate has significant experience in mechanical workshops specializing in heavy transport vehicles, earth-moving equipment, or similar, and understands maintenance issues related to semi-trailers. Responsibilities include organizing work for workshop staff, supervising activities, ensuring service standards, order, and cleanliness as per technical management.

Key personal qualities include the ability to coordinate workshop personnel and spare parts warehouse, manage vehicle revision sessions, oversee safety, and train new team members. Excellent interpersonal and team management skills are essential. Availability to attend specific training courses and undergo an initial training period is required.
