Partner with the Best

As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  1. Electrical machines scope analysis, definition, and technical documentation management, including Electric Motors, VFD, LV and MV Switchgears, and Trafos.
  2. Instrumentation selection for machine monitoring and protection; design and management of relevant technical documentation (Machinery DS, wiring diagrams, P&ID, etc.).
  3. Control and Monitoring system architecture design and configuration, including control logic and wiring schematics.
  4. Creation of purchase specifications and technical alignment with vendors and customers.
  5. Ensuring project documentation deliverables, on-time delivery, and first-time yield for drawings and documentation.
  6. Responsibility for codes and standards compliance of the design.
  7. Coordination and leadership of a small team of outsourced designers/drafters, maintaining contact with customers and suppliers.
  8. Participation in internal and customer meetings, including Kick-Off, Hazop, SIL, PIM, and testing sessions.
  9. Managing technical issues during project development with customers and suppliers.
  10. Providing technical support to the sales team.
  11. Managing/leading RCA, NCA, lessons learned, field issues, and product non-conformity.
Fuel Your Passion

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • About 3-4 years of experience in Power Electronics, Electrical Machines Design & Operations, Instrumentation, and Control Systems, with a solid background in Electrical Systems Engineering/Integration/Validation.
  • Familiarity with design, test, and analysis tools and systems.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Teamcenter, and Oracle interfaces.
  • The ability to work in a global and matrix environment, confidently engaging with experts and project teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, effective team-building, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Accountability for EHS performance.
