Job Opportunity: ERP Analyst

Consultant Adecco is seeking an ERP Analyst for a client company operating in the wood sector in Casalmaggiore.

The candidate, reporting to the Head of Information Systems, will be responsible for managing and implementing ERP software. Key activities include:

1. Interpreting data from ERP systems to support informed decision-making.
2. Identifying and recommending improvements to existing processes based on best practices and technological developments.
3. Analyzing business needs and developing solutions.
4. Managing transitions between different software platforms.
5. Supporting data security policies to ensure access is limited to authorized users.
6. Generating reports to monitor processes and identify improvement opportunities.
7. Participating in ERP system implementation and training users.
8. Maintaining and updating master data related to clients, suppliers, and products.
9. Providing support for daily operations and troubleshooting existing systems or developing new ones.
10. Ensuring data access is restricted to authorized personnel.
11. Redesigning business processes collaboratively with HR and organizational teams, adapting them to ERP software or modifying the software accordingly.
12. Promoting ERP functionalities among staff and organizing training sessions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics, Computer Science, or Management.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of analysis software and SQL tools for working with relational databases.
• Proficiency in SAP and common management software such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Business, Team System.
• Understanding of business processes.
• Good command of the English language.
• Knowledge of corporate IT architectures and personal computing systems (Office).
• Team-oriented attitude.

We offer direct employment with the company. Contract type and salary will be defined based on experience and autonomy in the role.
Expected start date: 20/06/2025.
