Job Summary:

We are seeking a Social Media Senior Specialist to plan and manage impactful social media marketing campaigns that enhance AliExpress’s brand presence in Italy. This role combines creativity and analytical skills to build brand awareness and trust effectively.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement social media and influencer strategies aligned with our brand positioning and marketing goals.
  2. Create original content and schedule posts to boost account visibility and engagement.
  3. Monitor and analyze social media performance data to optimize content and strategies continuously.
  4. Source and cultivate relationships with influencers, working closely and innovatively to support brand and business growth.
  5. Collaborate with advertising agencies and vendors to manage and improve social media advertising campaigns.
  6. Manage community interactions effectively.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 3 years of experience in social media planning and account management.
  2. Proficiency in content trends, viral marketing, and platform mechanisms on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  3. Excellent creative thinking and content creation skills.
  4. Strong data analysis skills to adjust strategies based on insights.
  5. A proactive, results-oriented approach capable of driving initiatives forward even in uncertain conditions.
  6. Experience in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors is highly advantageous; agency experience is also valued.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  8. Proficiency in Italian and English is required; Chinese language skills are a plus.
  9. BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
